Account and Data Deletion – Routecast
Users may request deletion of their Routecast account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion:
1. Send an email to support@routecast.app
2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
3. Include the email address associated with your Routecast account
What will be deleted:
- Your Routecast account
- Associated account data
- Stored preferences and saved routes (if applicable)
What may be retained:
- Data required for legal, security, or compliance purposes
- Anonymous or aggregated usage data that cannot identify you
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
